Maxwell Industrial Solutions was founded by R. Craig Maxwell after a 36-year career in industrial manufacturing. His experience began in plant operations—running production, handling packaging, and working directly with the processes that determine quality, safety, and reliability.

That foundation expanded into production planning and inventory management across five North American plants, SAP implementation, packaging leadership throughout the Americas, supplier coordination, logistics, and customer problem-solving.

MIS brings that plant-level experience to every engagement. The approach is straightforward: understand what is actually happening, weigh the evidence, and develop practical solutions that improve performance and can be sustained by the people doing the work.

Experience Built from the Ground Up

How MIS Works

Observe • Analyze • Solve

Maxwell Industrial Solutions does not begin by asking, “What should we do?” It begins by asking, “What is the system telling us?”

That discipline keeps recommendations grounded in direct observation, sound analysis, and the realities of the people and processes involved.

Observe — Gather the Facts

Begin with the people, process, materials, equipment, and conditions as they actually exist.

Analyze — Weigh the Evidence

Separate symptoms from causes using operating data, field experience, and structured troubleshooting.

Solve — Implement the Solution

Develop practical, repeatable improvements and support the people responsible for sustaining them.

Operating Principles

Observe Before Acting • Ask Before Assuming • Measure Before Changing • Verify Before Recommending • Leave the Process Better Than You Found It

Start a Conversation

If you are facing a packaging, operational, or supply challenge, briefly tell me what you are seeing. An initial conversation can help determine whether MIS is the right fit—confidentially and without obligation.
